The Village of Winnebago recently passed Ordinance # 2023-09 Providing for the Use and Operation of Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV’s) within the Corporate Limits of the Village of Winnebago.
Registration and Inspection for operating a UTV in the Village of Winnebago will be on Mondays and Wednesday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. beginning February 1, 2024, at 108 W. Main Street, Winnebago, Il. 61088 for more information contact the Village Hall at 815-335-2020.
The UTV must be trailered in for inspection as the UTV may not be driven on the roadway until registration and inspection have been completed and a valid permit is displayed!
