A note from our Building Inspector:
ALL Permit Applications are REQUIRED to have a drawing (layout of yard) showing where fencing, swimming pools, sheds, patios, decks, houses, driveways, and/or any other structure to be put on the property will be located. This drawing should also explain the size and weight of item and the distance from the property line.
Lot coverage and all setback and fees are figured by the Building Inspector.

Select the Permit Application for the type of work to be completed such as for: roofs, decks, fence use the “VOW Building Permit Application” or “VOW New Construction Building Application Permit” for all new construction or additions.
Submit completed form to the Village of Winnebago office or you may email to the address provided below.
Please allow approximately 24-48 hours for the Building Official to complete the review. We will contact you when it has been approved.
