How Can We Help?

*************************************************************************

The Village of Winnebago office is temporarily closed to the public due to COVID-19. We do have minimal staff available to answer phone calls, respond to emails and process payments during regular business hours. Utility bill payments can be placed in the drop box on the front of the Village Hall building, paid by credit card using ePay on our website, or by using our new automated payment system by calling 877-712-3629.

Appointments for new utility service, notary public services, etc. can be made by calling the Village office at 815-335-2020.
