When do I pay for my building permit?
The first thing that needs to be done prior to any building is filling out a building permit application which can be found below or coming into the Village Hall to complete the necessary paperwork. Once the paperwork is filled out, Our Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer will reach out for any additional information and determine what fees will need to be paid. From there, it is your responsibility to pay the associated fees to receive your building permit. You can pay your building permit fee or come into Village Hall to submit your check.
How long does it take to get an application approved?
