The Village of Winnebago previously passed Ordinance No. 2023-12 providing for the sale as surplus personal property of (1) 2011 Ford F-350 4x4 Dump Truck with 9' snow plow. The vehicle was advertised for sale in the newspaper of general circulation in the Village and requested submission of sealed bids. The highest sealed bid received was in the amount of $16,501.01 received by Gary Olson. The Village Board approved the sale in its "As Is" condition on January 8, 2024.
