Has been with the Village of Winnebago Police Department since 1998.

A 1988 graduate of Winnebago High School.  He went on to accomplish the following:

• Associate's Degree Rock Valley College: Liberal Arts 2000

• Northern Illinois University: Bachelor Degree in Communications 2002

• FBI National Academy: 2005
